Approval with Instant Bank Review through Decision Logic will allow us to review your banking information needed to make a final approval decision:

• Service is provided by Decision Logic and is safe, secure and fast.
• DecisionLogic is an advanced bank review system enabling lenders to instantly review a potential borrower’s banking information online and in real-time.
• You will receive a request to complete this step by text and email. Follow the instructions provided in that message.

NOTE: Not all banking institutions are compatible with DecisionLogic at this time. Our Document Review team will notify you if your banking institution is eligible.

Step 2:

Document Review

To complete the review process, reply to this email and attach the following documents. (Scan or take a picture of the original document with your smart phone)

• Most recent pay stub or other proof of income
• Most recent bank statement from your active checking account
• Front and back of a valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID or passport)
