I am so happy with my experience here. I was not asked to do a review, but am so excited for the amazing service I recieved from Weslyn and Jaquelyne. The interest is minimal. $30 for a $200 loan, I'll take it. Aside from the business itself. I want to highlight why I would recommend TCTPL. I have been treated well in the past by other people working there too. All around, excellent experience and affordable loans. Here's why: Weslyn and Jacqueline Highlights: 1. They both really care about the best loan offers they can get you. They care for you as a person not a prospect. 2. Happy, friendly, nice, knowledgeable, makes your day brighter like a home away from home. 3. They are very proactive. Everyone knows how it feels when someone says "NO WE CANT DO THAT", when in reality they probably could if they just looked into it. You can always tell and it's infuriating. These ladies are far beyond that type of lazy customer service. If I had a roadbump in my application or approval, these ladies went out of their way to find another option that would work for me and found their way around it. They called their boss a couple of times to reach out to ask, in my favor, if they could proceed a certain route in order to get me approved. Their boss was quick and responsive for them to answer these questions. 4. They really truly wanted me to be approved, instead of just flipping through paperwork all bothered like what you get sometimes with poor customer care. 5.They called me the day before to let me know a miniscule $35 payment was going to be drafted the next day, giving me time to make sure I prepared my bank. 6.They got me approved for more than I asked for, and I ended up needing it, as it was around Christmas. 7. Fast. Knowledgeable. I GOT APPROVED ON MY LUNCH BREAK. 8. They didnt require an unrealistic amount of paperwork that would take weeks to gather. They figured out how to make what I had with me work. 9. Worked to find the best option for my payout. 10. Whoever hired these ladies has a good eye for employees and should value and help secure their futures. Thanks ~Kara
