⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You, Monica, for Actually Helping Me! I originally went to Texas CC Credit today after being referred there, and honestly, the experience was very disappointing. I spent all that time filling out paperwork, providing my personal information, and going through the entire application process, only to be denied because my 3-year-old son’s income was not in my name. The income is my son’s, and the check is in my name because I am his parent, so I was very frustrated that this wasn’t explained to me before I went through the entire process. After leaving there, I went to the second place right next door that was recommended to me, and the experience was completely different! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Monica. She was so helpful, professional, patient, and understanding. She actually took the time to help me, explained everything, and got me in and out. After the experience I had at Texas CC Credit, Monica’s customer service was a breath of fresh air. It really makes a difference when you have someone who actually listens and tries to help instead of making you feel like your time was wasted. **Monica, thank you so much for helping me today!
